Hello,

I am trying to upload a file to a ServiceNow record using Power Automate, but I keep encountering the error: “Failed to create the attachment. File part might be missing in the request.”

Has anyone faced this issue before? What could be the possible reasons, and how can I resolve it?

Hi @Ashish Vats

As far I understand from the error and your Image, I believe you need to create the file and pass it to the service now connector instead just passing the file content. Hope this may help for you
