    Unfortunately the question is too broad :-( . Without context of what you want to do with Containers there is... best practices as you can group controls together without a container, so you should be looking for an 
     
    1. easy way to make a set of controls visible or invisible for instance where you only have to set the Container to invisible and everything becomes invisible
    2. When you want specific control over the layout and maybe want to duplicate the "container + controls" together multiple times
