Foster family and Shelter tables not showing any forms and views

I have imported my tables but Foster family and Shelter tables  are not showing any forms and views, just empty

    Hello, 
    you can check there existence from you interface handling form and view of each table (foster and shelter table in your case) and check in your main form and your active view from there , those are ones called from you model driven app
