Hi,

I am in process to build new copilot agent with specific instruction where agent is able to read excel based file which is attached in knolwedge sesion but here it is agent unable to provide output / result with specific excel format.

Can you please guide where I need to check agent configuration.

hello could you provide more information on "impossible" ?

it's an error ? You don't like answer ?

Excel file are supported but not the easiest file to be understand by AI.

Could you screen share what you did : a drag n drop in KB sources ? in chat ? or by a sharepoint connector ?

Basically I wanted to build copilot agent to perform finance reconciliation - where raw data is provided in excel format and result is excepting in excel with specific format. I have attached detail configuarion and testing result where result shared.

@CU17020746-0, based on my understanding the system indexes only the text content (sheet data as text) for retrieval but not the format.

Which means the data which CPS might not return in the similar excel format.

Could you please clarify what exactly the issue which you are facing give us the screenshot or error details accordingly.
