Tool connection error - You don't have access to that environment

I have connected salesforce and sharepoint tool to my agent. And the authentication to those tools is set to be user specific and not maker.
I see the error attached in the image when a user using the agent tries to connect to the any of the tools.

My observation:-

The connection is authenticated for a user group say SWIT and for other group CTRL it is not. Probably the SWIT group has the the relevant permission which Im not what exactly are they.

My Questions/doubts:-

- What permissions and where the permissions are to be provided(if any to be provided) so the user can successfully connect to the tools?

- Do I need to provide the permission per user everytime?

- Since I have my tools already having necessary authorization and authentication gates why there is a need for the user to go through the extra connection permission. For example, I have set up my salesforce in a way that the user authenticating with salesforce tool will only be able to see data which he is allowed to.

I will try to help , there are many question here :

First in copilot studio you'r not compulse to use the end user connexion, in the tool settings, for some tool (not all, depending on the tool provider) you have this if you click on detail :

So you can choose if the tool will use the user or maker (service account i recommand in prod) to use.

In agent flow and power automate you have the same at the flow level to decide how to use you'r reference connexion.

To connect to tool like salesforce and sharepoint i strongly recommand to keep the user credential to enforce the security and avoid access to unwanted data.

So at this point you need to give access to the account inside the target (salesforce, sharepoint).

So for this error : The user don't have access to the environnement :
it seem you try to use something in a environnement that the user don't have access, the user must be in the environnement autorized user. it don't seem to be related to salesforce or sharepoint but power platform. If you use the share button from an agent, the user must be in the PP environnement and must be in shared list of the agent.

My user has access to the account inside the target salesforce and sharepoint. You are right the error is related to power platform.
The user is able to use the agent means I was able to share successfully the agent to user on M365 and Teams.
Could you tell what access to be provided to the user on the power platform so that the user is able to connect successfully?

also is there another way to do this avoiding the power platform connection?
